Change call forwarding number of a user RRS feed

  • hello,

    I have a problem with the call forwarding settings. Is it possible to change a call forwarding number of a user who is not in the office and has no internet?!

    So i.e. a user calls the helpdesk and wants to disable the call forwarding or change it to a different number.

    Is there a way to do this?!
