How to create case from Social engagement / Social listening RRS feed

  • Hi All,

         We have integrated MS Social listening with MS CRM 2015 online. My requirement is whenever we see the negative sentiment post, need to convert the post to a case in CRM. Is it possible to achieve this requirement ?
