Outgoing email doesn`t registered in activities RRS feed

  • Hello,

    I have got a complain from a CRM 2011 user in our company that the CRM doesn`t register the email he sent through outlook client (when he press 'add'->'send email' in 'lead' entity), doesn`t show up in the activities of this record (lead).

    How do I fix it?

    The outgoing emails are shown in History of entity.
