Managing campaign activities

Hi All,

I have a marketing campaign with multiple marketing lists(1 list, 2 list ...) in it. My problem is that I must distribute a phone call activity only to 1 list, and an e-mail activity only to 2 list, etc.. Is it possible and if yes how?

Hi,

It is possible.

When adding Marketing Lists to a campaign ensure that the "Add the marketing lists to open undistributed campaign activities in the currenct campaign" option is not checked.

Each Campaign Activity has Marketings Lists associated with it. You'll need to add the required marketing lists manually to each campaign activity and then distribute the campaign activity.

Hi,

It is possible.
