.net Core Identity Login Problem

  I am using vs2019 building up Identity Login. 
  By adding Scaffolding Identity, I do have register, log-in and log-out page which is fine. 
  
  The problem I have encountered is that every first time I start vs and reach login page, hit login, page is loading and never redirect to the home page. 
  it's fine aft er I hit another link and hit log-in again. 
  
  So, I was wondering, why every first time I start VS login page is taking long time and never redirect.
  Please help me
