Digital locker not showing any record of purchase RRS feed

    Due to a software problem, Best Buy recommended that we wipe our HP laptop clean and re-load software. An upgrade was originally purchased from the Microsoft website to upgrade from Home Premium to Ultimate We have been to our digital locker, but there is not a record of the original purchase and multiple calls and hours of time on the phone to Microsoft has proven useless.

      Unfortunatly, this forum is for Vista Activation or Validation issues and I have no knowledge that could help you with a Windows Marketplace Digital Locker problem.
