Incorrect Microsoft Certification Status suggestions

Question
-
I am getting emailed by Microsoft suggesting I take 70-568 and 70-569 as the shortest path to getting MCPD 3.5 EAD, which is interesting as I am already MCPD 3.5 EAD, so do nothing would be a shorter path. Anybody else getting incorrect emails.

Hi,
This happens sometimes very rarely as these are system generated emails. First check your transcript whether it is showing correctly all the exams including 70-568 and 70-569 correctly. If not then use the link below to find your Microsoft Regional Education Centre and email them a copy of that email plus score reports scan copy from prometric for all exams missing on your transcript. They will reply you in two to three business days or you might get a call from them on your registered number.

If the transcript shows correctly, use the above links forward the copy of your incorrect emails along with score reports scan attachments for them, a transcript copy and email to your education centre requesting to stop emailing incorrectly. They will surely help you.
