  • Hi,
    I'm not sure where to go. We are a small company  and we are having issues
    with Outlook or any microsoft account.
    All our customers with  outlook or any of these accounts are not receiving
    any emails from us and we are not getting any mails by customers.
    The strange thing is we don't receive any bounced message or error message.
    It goes out from our end, but they never receive it.

    Can someone please help us to resolve this ?

  • Hi,

    1-Can you please send a test mail with Request a delivery receipt and Request a read receipt.

    2-Check your Email Service Provider name (Mail Server) and which Port you are using.

    Incoming Server Port: POP/IMAP, Outgoing Server Port: SMTP

    3-If you have Mail web access then also check it from Web.

    4-Need to also check your Internet Service Provider IP.

    5-Check if your IP is Block.

    6-Need to check your Domain is Trusted.

    7-Confirm with customer to check your mail in spam folder.
