I have CRM 4.0 running on Server 2003 and MS exchange. I tried to set up a workflow to email a user when a new opportunity is created and althought the workflow view show the workflow was executed successfully no email arrives.
Open the created email. Does it say not submitted for delivery? If so, it would suggest that you need to install and configure the e-mai router or configure the e-mail options for the user initiating the workflow.
