Had a virus on my computer this morning, I cleared it and rebooted and WGA said I was no longer genuine.

You should also scan your system using Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (www.malwarebytes.org - do NOT enable the resident scanner when you install it)
Also note that your motherboard appears to have been replaced at some point – and your system is using an COA_SLP license, which may mean that your installation is non-valid.
