Event Source: MSCRMReporting
Event Category: None
Event ID: 19969Web service request GetDataSources to Report Server https://servername/ReportServer failed with SoapException.Error: The path of the item '/OrgName_MSCRM/4.0/' is not valid. The full path must be less than 260 characters long; other restrictions apply. If the report server is in native mode, the path must start with slash. (rsInvalidItemPath)after search some kb(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/946289), I had reinstall the SRS Data connector than restart IIS, but CRM report still cannot work.Anybody know how to reslove it, thanks.Friday, August 14, 2009 8:03 AM

From everything I have seen, re-installing the SRSS Connector solved this type of issue. What happens when you try to browse to reports from IIS. Open IIS and expand the directory for the Web site associated with Reports. Select the Reports folder, right-click the file home.aspx and select browse. Does the reports directory open as expected? If so, ensure that you have a good copy of the SRSS Data Connector and try the repair again. If the repair or re-install works without error, reboot both your CRM and CRM SQL server and see if it works.

First thing to understand is can you access and run the reports directly from the Report Server http://SQLServerName/reports. When you go to the folder you should see your Org name. When you click on the Org name you should see a folder named 4.0 and when you select the 4.0 directory you should see your list of reports. Try running one of the reports and see if it works.
