    This error is logged into our bug database and will be fixed in the next release. What is the OS you are running Fix it Center on? A temporary workaround for Windows Vista is to delete the content of folders "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Fix it Center\MATS\SAPCatalog" and "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Fix it Center\SAPFolder\System" and re-run Fix it Center again.
