MS S&T 2013 map feedback function doesn't work

  I just tried to use the SEND MAP FEEDBACK in my 2013 S&T, it gave me the info box about redirecting me to the NAVTEQ site, which I OK'ed. It then opened the NAVTEQ REPORTER screen. So far so good. However, that's the furthest I've been able to get. When I tried to register with MAP CREATER it accepts my user name and password and sends me a confirmation email, which I answer, it takes me to a blank screen!

  Also, the confirmation email comes from NOKIA, not NAVTEQ. Whats with that?
