Email Router - Mails send from Outlook Client to external address (outside domain) are not received by recipient also no mails received from external domain. RRS feed

  • I have created incoming profile POP3 pointing to gmail address in Email Router and an outgoing profile for same crm user to use Dynamics CRM for Outlook.

    After testing this profile in Email Router - both succeed.

    However when i send email to above profile (gmail address) which is mapped by email router as mentioned above. Email is never received in my out look client, through CRM.

    Also when i send email from my outlook client to some other email address on internet / gmail / hotmail it does not go through. It does not bounce back either. It goes somewhere . i don't know.

    Now. If i send email address to any user within the domain (my exchange users - locally) I get send and receive emails...it works there perfectly. I am sure, there seems some issue in configuration. Can somebody please advise. I have been spending time on this since last 3 days and have not progressed.

    Please check  the E-mail Access in CRM .

    In CRM : Go To Setting--> Administration --> User
