Xbox rewards complaint RRS feed

  • Since switching from ps3 to xbox in December 2013, i have had a number of issues with xbox rewards, i've posted in the xbox rewards forum almost two weeks ago and still have not received a reply regarding my request for a rewards credits deposit and why my rewards balance is missing over 2000 points. I've spent alot of money on xbox games, xbox live subscription, dlc ect and have been let down by sub-standard help and poor customer service. I suffer from severe depression and can't leave the house for weeks at a time and rely on my xbox as a means of maintaining contact with friends, the poor service regarding the xbox issues i've mentioned has adversely affected my recovery from this particular episode of illness.
