How Do I Add Additional Non-Interactive CRM User Licenses RRS feed

  • I have a client with an integrated GP/CRM (using the OOTB adaptor) environment.  They have about 10 "salespeople" in GP (they are the salesperson on GP accounts) that have no need to use CRM.  However, to maintain the integrity of the data between GP and CRM, they'd like to have this salesperson appear as the "Owner" on the corresponding CRM acccount record.  Since these users will serve no other purpose in CRM than to act as a placeholder, I don't want to pay full-license fee's, just for this purpose.

    I thougth that I'd be able to handle this by creating these salespeople in CRM as "non-interactive" users.  This worked for the first 5 users - however, when I tried adding the sixth one, I received an error, that CRM only comes with 5 free "non-interactive" users.  However, I can't find any information on how additional non-interactive users can be purchased/obtained.
