    I see the problem here. The person who moved those 2 threads didn't realize that the Forum mentioned above is a moderator posting only Forum and it's a locked Forum. Moderators and above will be able to move threads to that Forum because it's still an Active Forum.

    I'll inform our support team and to see if this shouldn't be active so it doesn't appear in the list of Forums when performing a move a action.
