  • Hi,

    I am new to CRM.plz can u guide me to send a mail to two different email ids at a time.Those two emails ids are in same entity(emailaddress1 and emailaddress3).how to send?

    Thing is that when sending mail from case,it has to track email addrees1 to 'TO' filed and emailaddress3 to 'Cc'.

  • the user can copy and paste the e-mail addresses into the fields.  If you are trying to do this with a workflow, then consider creating lookup fields to the Account or Contact record instead of e-mail address fields and those lookup fields should become available to you in the workflow.

  • Ok, so you will want to use some javascript in the onCreate of the e-mail form if you are able to access that event in CRM 3.0.  check out the CRM 3 SDK for examples.  If you can not access the onCreate event of the e-mail then you will need to write some code to perform the function.  Again, the SDK should give you what you need.
