    My computer says I need to download mscofd.dll to access MS Money.

    I would also be skeptical. I have no file by that name on my computer. I am running Microsoft Money Plus Deluxe Sunset. What version are you using?

    Are you running Money 98 UK version, or what?

    Money Plus shipped with mscofd08.dll. An older version would have used mscofd.dll.

    It appears that you need to reinstall your version of Money. One of the dlls is either corrupt, deleted, or was unregistered.

    If you do not have your original CD, or you are using Money 2005, see the links in the second sticky post to this forum: Download Microsoft Money Installation Files: Solve Activation and Some Other Errors. Note: Do not follow any instructions to modify your registry due to the Internet Explorer setting. If you install Money Plus Sunset, also replace your copy of mnyob99.dll by following the instructions in the first sticky post: Important Patch for Money Plus [maybe 2006,2007] (mnyob99.dll)
