I amended the permission but still the same. However I uninstalled my SP 1 and reinstalled them and it has managed to solve the problem. Thanks.

It’s very rare for that .dll file to show up on its own in an MGADiag reportLooking at the other files you appear to have replaced, or are problematic.......systemcpl.dll, slmgr.vbs, winver.exe,Have you checked the permissions of the sppcomapi.dll file? All should be set to Read and Read&Execute, except for TrustedInstaller, which should have Full Control (and the permissions should be <not inherited> )The Owner should be TrustedInstaller.

PLEASE post a new MGADiag report – sometimes the issue appears to have been solve, whereas it’s really just hiding ;)
