    I log on with my live.com email and I cannot renew my livecare since it says I have no billing link?   I don't see anyway to do this.  Please help!

  • It would seem to me that you may be logging in with a different LiveID than the one you are subscribed with. Open OneCare, click on Help/About - the Subscription ID shown is your LiveID for your subscription and the one you need to log in at http://billing.microsoft.com with for renewal.
