    I had to asked this,

    but can someone direct on where is the best place to post a question on removing A Malware or Spam on personal computer that run Vista O.S?

    I don't think you have Exchange which is used in enterprises. Try the Microsoft Security Essential forums on answers.microsoft.com if you are using MSE as your security solution.
