Hello xxxxxxxxman
Both your Windows XP Pro and Office Professional Edition 2003 installations are reporting as nongenuine installations.
Windows is a volume licensing product that was installed with an Invalid Volume Licensing Product Key. An Invalid Key is one that was made up by a pirating program called a Key Generator and was never offically issued by Microsoft, making it invalid.
Office is a volume licensing product that was installed with a Blocked Volume Licensing Product Key. A Blocked Key is one that was at one time issued to an organization under a Volume Licensing Agreement, but has since been blocked by Microsoft for such reasons as the key was lost, stolen, leaked to the internet, or the Volume Licensing Agreement has expired. In this case, the key was the one that Microsoft licensed to itself for use by it own emplyees. It leaked to the internet some time ago and has been blocked from use ever since.
Do you have Certificates of Authenticity (CoA) for Windows XP Pro and/or Office? The CoA for Windows may be affixed to the computer; the CoA for Windows and/or Office may be on the retail package if Windows and/or Office were purchased at retail. If you have CoAs, then you may have genuine product licenses that were inadvertently replaced by these installations of nongenuine software.
Please post back with more detail about the product you have for more assistance. However, do NOT post any product keys you may have.
