Hi,
I have run in to a problem that I have not seen before. When users try to track an email in CRM they recieve a warning advising that the text exceeds the maximum length. Outlook is unable to automatically track emails back to CRM (as per the users settings)
but no warning is given to indicate this.
We really need to have the ability to track all emails from contacts / leads / accounts in CRM does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
