  • Question

  • Once the photos have been stitched, how do I transfer the panoramic finished photo to photo gallery?

  • At the top of the ICE window, you'll see four tabs.
The fourth tab is labeled 'EXPORT'.

When you get to the Export tab by clicking 'Next', you can choose an image format and the image quality that you would like to export your panorama in.

Currently, you can export a flattened copy of the panorama which will open in Photo Gallery in the following formats:
    .JPEG XR
.PSD/.PSB (you can optionally save each input image to a separate layer if you have some manual editing to do)

If you enjoy viewing your panoramas interactively (like Streetside on Bing Maps or Street Level on Google Maps) then you can:
    1) choose to export the 'Deep Zoom' format on the Export tab (requires the excellent free HD View browser plugin to view) or
    2) choose to upload a stitched panorama to Photosynth.net

(After it's been uploaded to Photosynth.net, you can download it as a .pano file to view on OneDrive in albums or in Windows 8.1 or Windows 10's default photo viewer. Unfortunately, ICE doesn't directly export to the .PANO format, nor does Photosynth.net allow you to upload existing .pano files.)

If you have any more questions, please ask.

    Your fellow panner,
