  • Hello Deardiane,

     

    It appears you have 2 copies of the Office 2003 suite, one of which is not activated and the other is installed with a blocked product key.  Please completely uninstall any Office suites/applications you have and reinstall using your media and product key.  If you are still having issues after this then please rerun the MGA diagnostic tool and post back here.
