Has anyone seen this error:
#27938 - An error occurred while checking for e-mail messages to process in mailbox jtabet@libatel.com. System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.
at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetResponse()
at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.HttpDavRequest.SubmitXmlCommand(HttpWebRequest httpWebRequest, String body)
at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.HttpDavRequest.RetrieveMessage(ServiceLogger serviceLogger)
at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.ExchangePollingMailboxProvider.RetrieveNextMessageInternal()
at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.CrmPollingMailboxProvider.RetrieveNextMessage()
at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.CrmPollingMailboxProvider.Run()When I test the mailbox in the email router it suceeds.

I think the error occured due to remote server and nothing is wrong at your end.

Hi Jad,
Verify that you have one of the latest update rollup in your email router and that it matches your crm server.
Also - are you testing all the crm users and they all test ok ?

Evryone test ok, where i can check the version of the crm router vs the crm rollup?
It seems that the router is being blocked on a particular email .
any other thoughts?

Hi,
You can check the update versions for both rollup and email router update in add/remove programs and enable updates for all the availble programs u have installed on ur server / machine.
