  What do you mean by "quit working properly?"

   

  Have you tried the cleanup utility to remove all traces of OneCare? http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=828910&SiteID=2

   

  When do you encounter this error and does it also include a 4 digit code in front of it? 00nn-80048869? What is the leading 4 digit code, if yes?
