Hello
Windows 8.1
While istalling some applications(absolutely not matters which) I got failres and such log:

Root of problems is " Error 1402.Could not open key: UNKNOWN\Components\324CA63DEADCBC143B7E2C51F1B12B61\9941930679BB7CF3F971B25F06CD2E13. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel. "
I did my research and discovered next:
Registry key in question is: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\UserData\S-1-5-18\Components\324CA63DEADCBC143B7E2C51F1B12B61\9941930679BB7CF3F971B25F06CD2E13
Key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\UserData\S-1-5-18\Components\324CA63DEADCBC143B7E2C51F1B12B61 looks good i.e. permissions are okay(if compare to sibling keys). This key has 3 REG_SZ values: 6A7A7B03915D2333EB3B1D50FE7C83A9, 9941930679BB7CF3F971B25F06CD2E13, C7D26816CBDC5D84A81EB3B81D2EB35C, they are accessible(contain path to file which actually exists). Also this key contains 4 subkeys, names equal to names of values 6A7A7B03915D2333EB3B1D50FE7C83A9, 9941930679BB7CF3F971B25F06CD2E13, 8AC9843965660A335ACA0EDEDE1BC7E3 (which are GUIDs of products who refferenced this component). And here is problem: these keys ARE NOT accessible at all. I cannot view their content by any tools I have(including offline registry editing). When navigation to these subkeys using RegEdit I getting this error instantly(MessageBox):
[Window Title] Error Opening Key [Content] 6A7A7B03915D2333EB3B1D50FE7C83A9 cannot be opened. An error is preventing this key from being opened. Details: Access is denied. [OK]
I do not know if some stupid application edited permissions on that key or it is broken hive file(attempted to replace hive file from backup in regback - nothing changed), but I just cannot fix it manually. It is impossible to force those key to re-inherit permissions from superkey, received another error message:
[Window Title] Security [Content] Registry Editor could not set security in the key currently selected, or some of its subkeys.
Any suggestions how to fix this huge problem?
Re-install system is not acceptable in any case. (Manually edit hive is acceptable of course, if it will work of course).
Thanks
