How do I delete or edit my reply after its locked?

Question
-
I replied to a question a long ago and now I have to remove or edit my answer because I added a reference (link) to the company website and they are requesting the link to be removed. It shows a locker next to it.
How can I do that?
Thanks,

I suggest requesting assistance by emailing "fissues" at Microsoft dot com. Provide a link to the thread and indicate what needs to be deleted.
