Hello. About 1 year ago I purchased a HP intel duo core PC from Fries Electronics store and then recently I had a bad virus. I had to reformat and redownload windows, when I did i keep recieving this message:
Invalid Product key, please enter in another key for windows. What happened was I found out the PC doesn't come with Home vista preminum which is what I had before, they dont give you a disk with it...I have already reformated so I can't make a copy of the disk and use that, so i used my dads vista home basic on my pc for the time being to try and fix this problem..I have the key from on the side of my PC but how do I get vista prenium back because I payed alot for the pc, and now I cant use it because you guys failed to give me a disk with it....when I purchase the pc I purchase vista prenuium OS with it.....because I get my own key...so You need to give me Home Vist Prenium disk so I can install it on here...Id be glad to tell you my key over phone or something.
