  Hi Sheraz, I presume you are trying to produce a quote, order or invoice from Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0? In order to meet your requirement you might need to customise the Product entity to categorise each product into a product, training or customisation. Then write a SRS report to extract the data from CRM in the format required.

  actually our cost are breakup like

  initial cost of product

  implementation charges

  support charges

  these could be three possible breakups of final quote so i like to see my quote with above deined breakup on screen.

  You can write a SSRS report for the selected Quote and customize the report layout the way you want to present. If you need any help on creating SSRS reports let me know. Thanks, Zahid
