    Which forum is best for this question:  "Does anyone know why a drawing application that works fine in XP and Vista would suddenly start showing drawing artifacts in Windows 7?   The artifacts are thin white lines at the left and top edges of the clipping rectangles when we redraw in response to OnPaint.   The app is .Net GDI+ in VS2005 or VS2010."
