  • Hi Luigi,

You are right!  There is problem with system.  I scanned the system with "System Mechanic" and  it found a lot of problems in the registry.  It was fixed automatically.  Now the system worked perfectly.  I could not do it with you!

  • Hi Allen Maki.

Open the Windows Event Viewer and look into the "System" log for any record that could provide you with more detailed information about the reason of this issue.
Also open an administrative command prompt and execute the sfc /scannow command to check the integrity of the operating system's files.

    Bye.

    C:\Windows\system32>sfc /scannow

Beginning system scan.  This process will take some time.

Beginning verification phase of system scan.
    Verification 100% complete.

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

    That's good.
What about the Windows Event Viewer? Did you check it?

    Bye.

  • Hi Luigi,

I found a lot of errors in the Event Viewer, but I am unable to copy them and bring it for you to see.  If you can show a way to send it to you.
