    Is there a way to transfer contact information from the CRM to my phone and/or email.
    I can see where transferring the information TO the CRM is fairly straightforward, but I am unable to find out how to do it the other way around.

    Hi Michele, 

    You will need to synchronize the contacts to your Outlook and then to your phone. To Synchronize you will need to have the CRM Outlook client installed and under the synchronize options you can specify which( Contacts you own, Contacts owned by another person, etc.) contacts you want to transfer.
