this is the 3rd time this has happened, usually i can just run the repair but that tells me nothing is wrong.. I know that this is a genuine product and i have the box sitting right in front of me... The stupid diagnostic tool output is below. You really have to fix this issue..... It says invalid license but i know that it isn't but i cannot find a place where i can input the numbers again...

    Hello Guinnessbombs,

Your Diagnostic Report tells me (specifically line TTS Error: T:20080422091226505)  that on April 22nd your Vista experienced a "T" type tamper event (Also known as a Trusted Store tamper). This is usually caused by a Diver that experienced some sort of error.

Normally after a "T" type tamper event, if you reboot, Vista will ask for the Product Key and after you enter it, Vista will run normally. This type of issue is rare and you usually not see it more then once. But if you do experience it regularly, my suggestion would be to update to the most current Drivers (such as mouse, graphics card and so on). If this does not resolve the issue or if you have any problems, please go to http://support.microsoft.com for further assistance.

    Thank you,
