When buffered communication is used, a primitive is normally available for user processes to create mailboxes. In the text it was not specified whether this primitive must specify the size of the mail box. Give an argument each way.

Please provide more detailed information about your issue?
If you're using c++ to implement this, please provide us which APIs do you use.
If you aren't dealing with code issues, I suggest you post on Microsoft Community for better support.
