Add a spam filtering service to fight spams in forums

Right now many video converter and quote & add hidden link spammers are switching to new accounts after the first post, making banning/thread removing ineffective.

Hi Sheng,
Thank you for your post! We do have the spam filtering service and an automated system aslo to prevent spammer from posting spams.
We ban spammers regularly after receiving the alerts, so that they can't use the same email id to create a new account in the forum.
However, some spammers are still at large and we are continuously banning them.
Have a great day

We do somethings to reduce spam in the system but we have a lot more to do like empowering the community to better control it, not enabling users to include external links until they have eclipsed a certain recognition/points threshold, enabling report as a buse to have 'types' that could enable moderators to immediately hide posts and enabling the community to report obvious spam users through to the propper channels where bulk actions and banning can happen.
