We have an intermittent issue with our CRM 2011 (RU 5 on the server and Outlook clients) whereby CRM forms (can happen on various entities) will appear not to allow users to select the option set drop down list. A refresh of the form (F5) will resolve the
issue.
The issue has happened for the majority of users on various machines for various entities. The entities in question DO NOT have client side script on the onload / onchange event of field(s) on the form.
