WinSSUI.exe - Fatal Error.

  Everytime i try to open Windowns live Onecare a Error message comes up and says:

   

  WinSSUI.exe - Fatal Error.

  CLR error: 80004005

  The program will now terminate.

   

  Does anybody know whats causing this and how i can stop it.

   

  I've tried reinstalling it but the message appears.
