Hauw,
I see that you have merged cells inside (like vertical under the "Product" header and "Company" at the top).
Try to unmerge those cells and convert your file to usual table. If it would not works I would recommend to save that file as CSV.

HI,
Download data template from Dynamics 365 in excel and insert your data in that than import data.
Hope this helps. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Santosh Bhagat If this post answers your question, please click "Mark As Answer" on the post and "Vote as Helpful"

Hello,
Actually you don't need any kind of template. Template can be needed when you want to export, update and then reimport data back. For your case standard import should be enough - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics/crm-customer-center/import-accounts-leads-or-other-data.aspx

Andrii,
An error has occured. I've tried 3 times but still error(format .CSV).
here's the error when I tried with .xlsx
And here's the file that I've unmerged
Is it because I don't match the D365 template or list view table?
Shouldn't I export the template from account D365 first and insert data into that table then import it back?
Thank you Andrii.

Again, template is used when you want to update existing records. Not when you just import data.
Can you please provide example (couple of lines) from your CSV file?

I believe this is the reason why you get this error. Try to save your files as CSV.
