Hello -
We are using the auto-reply feature when a new email comes in to a server-monitored email box. It creates a nice little customized message, but it doesn't include a hyperlink that the customer (in our case, internal users) can click on to see the status
of their case.
Is this possible in Dynamics? This would also assume that there is some read-only "view" of cases for non-licensed users. Is that possible as well?
