thx, i managed it with your link.
For all others.
To use the logged in user f.e. for owner or sender of an email, you have to leave the field free.
I think this is not optimal from MS, but ok, i know now how to do it.
Normally you think, you have to put in a variable, otherwise the system creates an error "you havent entered an sender. we can not send the mail".
..and .. it is saved in your brain ... you know what you want to have in this field (the logged in user, as sender of the mail) ... and so you seach the variable for that. But you cant find, cause in this case, you have to leave the field blanc.
