Hi,
Have you created the OU (Organization Unit in domain controller ?
Under that one OU create on new user
Add that user in domain administrator group
Add the user in SQL and give full privileges at least sysadmin, dbowner, dbcreator Min rights should be
Install CRM from that user, this error will get resolved.
While installation select the services account all as network account for aysc services, sandbox, etc....

did you specify a Domain Account during the setup or did you use Network Service?
If you click on details you should see more of a description of the error. Can you get a screen shot of that and/or get the error from the install log?

you may logged on to server by using different user which is not an administrator, for CRM administrator is default user which does't need to add in CRM users list. so use administrator account to install the CRM server.
