I recently changed the Administrator username for our Domain, and now the CRM Email Router Configuration Manager will not launch.
I have rebooted the server and it makes no difference. The application starts, as I can see it in the Processes list in Task Manager, but the application does not show.
If I stop the email router service, the application launches, but when I try to connect to the CRM, it asks for username and password but will not authenticate.
I tried a repair install, which just changed the username the service ran under to LOCAL SYSTEM instead of the CRM user I created for the purpose.
