Hi.
I have installed outlook connector x64 bit for Outlook 2010. When I try configurate it, I can't connect to URL. Every time when I check URL I see message window with that "URL path is wrong or not acceptible". Why? I open CRM on-line by this URL without any problem! CRM on-line URL has fomat like this http://crm.domainname.com I try past tralling slash to URL, but it doesn't give result.
What is wrong in my action?
Thanks

Are you sure it is "http" instead of "HTTPS"?

If I understand you correctly your trying to connect to a Crm Online Organization using the Outlook Client. If this is the case then you don't have to enter the URL in the Configuration Wizard screen. Just select "CRM Online" and Click "Test Connection". You only have to enter the URL if its an On-Premise organization or Hosted by a partner.Thursday, March 17, 2011 1:49 PM

Sokha S, thank you for the reply. Let me explain situation with details. Our company has self external physical server. It places remotely on provider company. So, we rollup Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 on our server.
Primary web adress for our company has format like this: http://www.OurCompanyName.com. We create subdomain for CRM hosting. And CRM web adress is http://crm.OurCompanyMane.com. We use internet for access, while intranet. So, we use http protocol for remote access to crm.
Of course, we have access by IE without any problem or mistakes! We want add some CRM functionality to Outlook 2010. But we can't do it. Our web adress not acceptible for Outlook 2010 connector. For more info read my first post, please.
Let me return to your post now.
I see "CRM Online" option in CRM adress selector. When I select CRM Online, it asks me about LiveID login. But... but we use creditals based on Active Directory user records. We don't use LiveID for our company members for crm using. I think, that CRM Online provides access for public CRM. It not suitable for our situation. We work with Microsoft as BizSpark partner and have own servers and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 for private usege.

In that case it probably best to check the logs. It is located at "C:\Users\<USERPROFILE>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\MSCRM\Logs". The file should be "Crm50ClientConfig.log"

I had a similar problem and it was down to a time difference between my computer and the CRM server
