RE-ACTIVATE ONECARE SUBSCRIPTION RRS feed

  • I HAVE BEEN A SUBSCRIBER FOR A FEW MONTHS AND HAVE HAD NO PROBLEM UNTIL TODAY. ONECARE DETECTED A PROBEM WHICH EVENTUALLY LED ME TO RE-INSTALL. NOW IT DOES NOT RECOGNIZE THAT I AM A CURRENT SUBCRIBER AND STATES IT WILL EXPIRE IN 90 DAYS. I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL RECOMMENDED SOLUTIONS WITH NO LUCK. WINDOWS LIVE ID DOES NOT SHOW THE SERVICE. THIS INSTALLATION WAS A DOWNLOAD AND PURCHASED VIA CREDIT CARD. IS THERE ANY WAY TO RESTORE THE PROGRAM TO REALIZE I AM A CURRENT SUBSCRIBER?

  • If it doesn't recognize your subscription then you are probably using an incorrect LiveID.

     

    If you don't recall the LiveID you used for your subscription, you will need to contact support who can provide that information to you using your Key and/or contact information.

    Alternatively, sign in at http://billing.microsoft.com with email addresses that you have set up as LiveIDs and one will show your subscription listed - that would the LiveID to use to activate the reinstall.
