Disable the option to assign a Case to a Queue RRS feed

  • Hello all,

     

    Is it possible to disable the option the user has to assign a Case to a Queue ?  But I don't want to disable the option to assign a Case to other user.

  • Hi,

    You need to write pre assign callout of case (incident) entity. In the callout, check if the other record is queue then return the error message.

     

    This solution will not remove the assign option for queue but it will return a detailed error message if somebody tries to assign it.
