Needs clarification about Permission / Security in Windows 2003 Server

  Dear All,

  Good Day !

  I am little bit confused about Permission and Security in Windows 2003.

  If anybody help me out to clarify this matter.

  In permission there are three rights "Full, Change & Read"

  While in Security there are too many options.

  My requirement is I want to share "Folder-A" and particular user can access "Folder-A", he can delete, modify, add any sort of data, but he can't create any folder, copy or remove any folder.

  Can anybody help me how I can do the same. Because I am too much confused in this matter.
