i do have pinnacle pctv plus v 5.5 which used to work on windows xp but when i installed windows 7 64 bit it is not working and shows incompatibility....... what should i do so this could work on windows 7 64 bit

Hi,

You'll need to get updated drivers for your card. Check the vendor's website for these.
